First of all, the owner is a phenomenal dude and goes out of his way to explain his really unique menu. The Crunchwrap’s and tenders are my favorite, but they also have the best hot dog I’ve ever had as well. Ranch is insane. Hidden gem. Glad I found it. Went back to back this weekend and plan to make many trips this summer. Cheers
Everything off the menu is fire, I just tend to gravitate to certain favorites like the classic style burger, the excellent hot dogs, the 151 Nachos AKA Sloppy Nachos, and now, the Street Corn on special. The chef is superb and consistent in delivery. Welcome to flavor town!
So glad I stopped here on my way to Gatlinburg! The staff was so friendly and the food was great. The man who helped me was so genuinely sweet. I had the chicken tenders grilled with cucumber salad and it was perfect. Chicken was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Cucumber salad was vinegary and refreshing. Can’t wait to go back next time on the area!
Such a pleasant surprise. We were in a time crunch, so we stopped at this food truck, and the food was delicious! The crunchwrap with a 3 bean house patty rocked! So good! Husband enjoyed his Fender Hill Funky Chicken Sandwich. This food truck definitely takes things up a level and brings the flavors and combinations.
Exceptional food truck- one of the more underground spots I've had in NC. The owners were incredibly friendly to us and helped us out with selections! Had their spicy chicken sandwich, and burger- both loaded with vegetables and flavor. A must if you're in the area. My only issue is they're not closer to me!

The name caught our attention so we stopped in to give it a try on our anniversary trip to the mountains. The food was great. Some timeless favorites with pleasant twists in flavors that propel it well past normal food truck fare or any other establishment. We had the crunch wrap and chicken sandwich, both with fries. Again, seems like standard fare but the little addition of flavors like the chili lime spread, pickled onions, etc., make this a real treat far beyond what you're suspecting. The quality of the meat and other ingredients would cost you more in other places. Service was great as well. Will definitely go back.
Little gem tucked away! We split the fried chicken house salad with their homemade blackberry balsamic and also homemade honey mustard. Absolute HUGE portions! I recommend stopping here on your travels through. Lots of grassy area to rest and have your kids safely roam. We also got to pick blackberries while waiting on our order!
